All pieces are hand blown. Each one is unique and no two are alike. All pieces are made to order. Prices are subject to change at any time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to start any project $10k+. Balance is due upon completion. Payment in full will be due while placing any order under $10k. We accept all major credit cards or checks.  

Please review quotes carefully, as they become sales contracts upon signing. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. If a signed quote is cancelled there will be a 25% cancellation fee. Lead times vary from 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment.

Shipping+Handling

Framed pieces are to be picked up, and will be crated for careful local delivery. Pouffes & Gather Studies that mount directly to the wall can be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If ordering framed works out of state, arrangements for a certified art handler will have to be made. We typically work with iTransport4u, an accredited art handling company with over 20 years experience. As each piece is made to order, a delivery fee will be assessed per order. Recipient is responsible for shipping & handling costs.

Sample Requests 

Amber Marshall Glass is happy to provide you with samples to help aid in the ordering process. Samples provide a visual understanding of the natural variation of the glass material. Order samples in the following ways:

Color / surface samples 

Color/surface samples are simple 4” spherical blown forms that give an idea of what the color and surface will look like blown out. You can buy them outright for $40, or you can provide a CC that will be kept on file until the sample(s) are returned. Trade professionals: inquire about our Trade Sample Program.  

Mini Pouffe Samples

These samples are representative of the actual modeling of the Pouffe objects, a mini sculpture.  They are available to buy outright, with serious project interest, at $60 ea. Limit 3 per customer.  Trade professionals: inquire about our Trade Sample Program.  

Mini Gather Study Samples

These samples are representative of the layered glass loops that make up the Gather Studies. They show the layers and satin matte texture of the piece, you can buy them outright for $60. Limit 3 per customer. Trade professionals: inquire about our Trade Sample Program.
